The Application Process

Online Submission

Start by filling in an online registration form in which you will provide your basic information. Double check your information then click, “Submit” to send the filled form to the Admission Department

REVIEW

The Admission Department will review your form within the allotted time.
Applicants should be aware that additional documents may be requested, based on the requirements of the program they have applied for.
There’s an application fee of $25 which is non Refundable.

DECISION

Selected candidates will receive a decision letter along with clear instructions for the next step via their personal email they have provided us
Applicants are encouraged to check their personal emails periodically these emails periodically and respond in a timely manner.

UIBC accepts applications throughout the year. Once an application is received and reviewed, the student will be informed of the admission decision and the appropriate class start date. For the 2026 academic year, classes begin on May 25, 2026.
